There is a Fund - raiser this Saturday, January 9 - at the Dow Center from 9 till 12 noon. This is a Free Throw Tournament done for Breast Cancer People. The best way to get more information is to go to the website at: www.tossforteri.com and you can get any information you may need.
They are having this fund-raiser for two Breast - Cancer patients and one of them is Pam Barr - our good friend.

Come and support these two women!

Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone - the DenBleyker's wish everyone a HAPPY and HEALTHY 2010. This year I hope to be more faithful writing on our blog. We have A LOT of goals for 2010. Our biggest is for Connor that we can figure out his eatting problem and get him to eat normal people food. We have seen many doctors and have some more appoinments this month. Hope to find out new info. this month and months to come. So we ask for LOTS of prayers for our little guy. And we're prayering for a GREAT 2010 for Connor. His weight is good and he is a very smart boy just has a eatting problem.

Karlie is doing GREAT she is talking and learning new words every day. We were proud of her yesturday - she went potty on the toilet at 16 months old. Now for her to continue to do this. We'll be doing GOOD. She is a very active little girl. Connor and her are having fun playing together now that she is older.

John and I are doing good. John had a week and a half off for the holidays - we had a lot of fun as a family together every day and enjoyed him home with us. Now back to our regular routine John to work and the three of us together during the day. Pray that John can stay busy this new year at work. We appreciete all his work he does to support this family.

We are looking forward to a NEW YEAR in racing this summer. John has been working on the race car every Saturday this winter so far. New things to come for the DenBleyker Racing Team also. We will inform everyone when the time gets closer.

We still continue to ask for prayers for our Best Friends Brian and Pam Barr. They are doing better but, they have a long road ahead of them for 2010. We hope and pray that things get better and not the other direction. Love you Brian and Pam.

Well that is all for now - will update more later.

Happenings....

Hi everyone - WOW!! Time flies for writing on our blog. I need to be more faithful in writing on here. Sorry again everyone. Now where do I begin.

Racing season started two weeks ago for my hubby!!! It's not the same out there with out our BEST friends Brian and Pam. But, hope to see them soon out there!! LOVE & MISS YOU GUYS!!! John was playing around and trying new things out on the car the first week made it through 1 round. That's o.k. He did GREAT though. Trying to get back into the routine and racing again being we had to quite early last year to have a baby. :) Last weekend was a busy day at the track we had a regular race for us and it was also Thunder Nationals. We ended up only running a 8th mile because of the rain and how cold the track was. John went to round two with that race. It was a late night that night. Had a GREAT time. We also did a 50 / 50 raffle out there for Brian and Pam. Thanks to everyone who helped with buying tickets - Brian and Pam appreciated it very much!!!!

Sunday was Mother's Day we went and spent some time with both Mom's on that day and also with my own family. Enjoyed spending my first Mother's Day with Karlie. I have two very special children!!! Love you Connor and Karlie!!!

Then last week was Tulip Time here in Holland. We had a BUSY week!! I dutch danced again this year. It was nice doing that again. I have been dancing since 10th grade in high school. The only time I took off from doing this was the two years of being pregnant. We also walked in the Wednesday Parade. My mom, niece Colie, Connor, Karlie and myself. Haven't done that since High School. We were saying to maybe start making this a tradation every year now that we have kids.

Otherwise the only thing we have been busy with and doing is helping our Best Friends out Brian and Pam. That family has been through a lot in the last 11 months. Both the husband and wife being sick. They just appreciate all the prayers. And THANK YOU to everyone who has and we ask to continue. They have a Long road ahead of them yet. We are here to help in any way we can Brian and Pam!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!!

We'll I guess that is really all that is happened lately.
